It holds less than 10lbs of various HE but just a drop of some of the stuff in there can blow a hand off. I won't describe the magazine but it is made to look like a normal structure you would see every day. I only know of one magazine in NORCAL and it is on county land fenced off with barbed wire 400 yards away and has no structures for 500 yards around. The oyu provide a plat of the land, terrain, building, utilities, magazines, etc. Then provide the type of security including padlock, # of tumblers, hoods, or case hardened if applicable Then oyu have to provide weights of each type. YOu have to describe what is close by that can be destroyed if the magazine explodes.
